If app-specific help is unavailable, please contact the IT Service Desk on (03) 9594 7255.

Outside business hours, urgent issues can be escalated by calling the Contact Centre on (03) 9594 6666 and asking to have the IT Service Desk paged.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will require Multi-Factor Authentication to access Monash Health systems remotely. Multi-Factor Authentication is a security measure that requires two or more proofs of identity (something you know and something you have – normally your phone) to grant you access.

Multi-Factor Authentication helps protect you by adding an additional layer of security, making it harder for cyber criminals to log in if they were to obtain your Monash Health credentials.

If you do not have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, please ask your manager to submit a request via Central to enable your remote access.
